Cindy
L. Jackson CFA
Vice President
- Investments
Cindy L. Jackson’s duties primarily involve the active management of the fixed income portfolio. She is responsible for the credit research, asset and sector allocations, duration analysis and trading for these portfolios. Portfolio construction starts with a focus on diversification within the investment grade segment of the market. Her top-down approach overlays a viewpoint on the economic framework that guides the direction of credit and valuation work to form specific portfolios. This is primarily achieved by having exposure to U.S. Government Treasury bonds, Agency bonds and high quality corporate positions. Mortgage and high-yield bond exposure is not incorporated. Value is added to the portfolio through duration management, specific credit research, sector allocation and technical analysis to assist in the trading process. Cindy also utilizes her extensive research skills, portfolio management experience and technical analysis capabilities to provide assistance on equity management, asset allocation and overall market strategy.
